I considered Dave to be a good friend while growing up in Perrysburg, Ohio. We were even team mates in wrestling! I remember meeting Dave in 1959 at the Elm
Street Elementary School in the Fall of 1959. We went through grades 5 through 10 together. Dave was always fun filled, and always enjoyable to be with. I regret not
driving down to Sidney to see him. I was hoping that he would come to the H.S. reunion, but I had idea just how grave his health condition was. May I extend my deepest sympathy to all of his terrific family. He is gone but not forgotten by anybody who knew him. Certainly he is resting in peace, and with his Creator.
