Chloe K. Cotterman

CHLOE K. COTTERMAN 76 of Sidney, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018 The Pavilion Rehab and Skilled Care Center.  She was born May 26, 1941 the daughter of late Daniel and Margaret (Saleture) Rutan.

On June 1, 2005 she married Ralph Cotterman who survives in Sidney.  She is also survived by two children, Russ (Kathy) Alty of Mechansicsburg, OH, and Brad (Melssia) Alty, of Bellefontaine, OH. step-children, Amanda (Jeff) Martz, Kimberly Cotterman, both of Sidney, Katherine (Curt) Cole of Greenville, SC, Ralph (Kim) Cotterman of NC and Greg Cotterman of Sidney; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and brother, Tom (Nancy) Rutan of Columbus, OH.  One brother, Bill Rutan preceded her in death.

Chloe was an insurance agent with Community Insurance Group and retired after many years of service. 

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the convience of the family.  Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave.  Condolences may be expressed to the Cotterman family at the funeral home's website, www.cromesfh.com
