Cathy was one of the greatest friends I had during my growing up years, seeing her coming running down through the yard to just run and play in the neighborhood , she always had a happy smile , Hazel, Cathy's mother always baked chocolate chip cookies, so we knew when play time ended as she would give out cookies, this is truely one great family of friends who inspired my life. I will miss seeing Cathy as we would be out shopping and meet in the stores, we had so much to share as our lives went different directions, but it never ended our friendship and not to many holidays did I ever miss on calling upon Bud to deliver messages to the family, Cathy will be truely missed by myself and family and community,,sending my love to the family and to Cathy whom God took by the hand, and she is now an angel,I will see you again

I am so sorry to hear of Cathy's passing. She was such a sweet, sweet lady. She was so easy to talk to and was so loving. You all were such good friends and wonderful neighbors. This was one of the most sweetest loving caring person in the world, Great mother to her children excellent wife to her loving husband who stood by her in their walk through life, We as her cousins have lost an amazing person,
Cathy always had kind words to say to those of us that were good And kind to her, Although I have never heard her say anything bad to anyone myself, Not saying she didn't to anyone but if she did they deserved it! Cathy was a classy lady to the end, Always Beautiful inside and out, My heart breaks for her family for she will be missed terribly by all who really knew her, like I said she was a fabulous person, I will miss her laugh her smile and kind words, I love you Cathy always in my heart! So sorry about Cathy. She was a great person. I got to know her at tgecDidney Daily News when she would put ads in the paper. Such a fun person. She will be greatly missed, but she has a beautiful home in Heaven now.
