Betty J. Wolaver

BETTY J. WOLAVER, 86, of Sidney, passed away at 8:45 AM on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Fair Haven County Home. She was born on June 4, 1931 in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Roy and Ola (Dicke) Henson. She was married to Charles Wolaver for 45 years before his passing in 1994.

Betty is survived by 3 daughters; Candy (Jack) Huber, Debbie (James) VanDine and Pam Wolaver all of Sidney, 7 grandchildren; Krista Wildermuth, Doug (Kami) Wolaver, Tina (Aram) Nerpouni, Darrell (Tori) Hite, Shelley (Troy) Smedley, Tracey (James) Littleton and Marc (Kristi) Burdiss, 20 great-grandchildren; Alison and Katie Burt, Colin Wildermuth, Cole and Emily Wolaver, Olivia and Isabel Nerpouni, Derek, Madison and Bryon Hite, Robert Brun, Hunter, Victoria, Tanner, Elizabeth and Catherine Smedley, Chloe and Alyssa Littleton, Alex and Erin Burdiss, 1 brother, Darrell Henson of Sidney and 1 brother-in-law, Bob Clayton of Orlando, FL. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Bruce Wolaver, 1 sister, Wanda Clayton and 1 sister-in-law, Dorothy Henson.

Mrs. Wolaver was a homemaker who enjoyed teddy bears and going on cruises. She was a member of Calvary Chapel Baptist Church in Minster. Most of all she loved her family with whom she created many wonderful memories.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 7, 2017 at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave. Sidney with Pastor Robert Warnick officiating.
