RUTH PARKE, 69, of Sidney, passed away at 7:00 AM on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Fair Haven Shelby County Home. She was born on April 23, 1947 in Augsburg, Germany the daughter of the late Jacob and Gertrude (Wieler) Gerstmayr.
On August 17, 1973 she married Myron Parke and he survives in Sidney. She is also survived by 7 children, 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 6 siblings Ruth was preceded in death by 1 brother.
Mrs. Parke was a Homemaker who loved children and babysitting them. She enjoyed Bingo and sharing her German cooking with family and friends.
