Marcella M. (Black) Snider

MARCELLA M. SNIDER, 87, of Sidney, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 1:45 AM. She was born on September 4, 1930 in Piqua, Ohio, the daughter of the late Rulie and Myrtle (Trissell) Black. On December 2, 1961 she married Clifford R. Snider who preceded her in death January 2, 1991.

She is survived by one brother, Martin Black of Piqua, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ada Black Shumaker, Geraldine and Annabelle Black, and six brothers, Alfred, Francis, Prince, Chester, Lester and Donald Black.

Mrs. Snider was a homemaker and a life-long member of Lockington New Beginnings Church.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave, Sidney. Burial will follow at Beechwood Cemetery in Lockington. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10 AM until the hour of service.
