Lawrence "Larry" Paul Hoelscher

LAWRENCE "LARRY" PAUL HOELSCHER, 70 of Sidney, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at 4:35 AM at his residence. He was born on November 7, 1947 in Sidney, Ohio, the son of the late Lawrence H. and Thelma (Abbott) Hoelscher. On July 23, 1966 he married Judith A. Miller who preceded him in death September 16, 2014.

Larry is survived by three daughters, Pam (Tim) Tyler of Kalamazoo, MI, Shannon (Jason) Slusher, and Kelly Braden both of Sidney, two brothers, Eugene (Sue) Hoelscher of Anna, and James "Mike" (Belinda) Hoelscher of Houston, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Hoelscher was a 1965 Anna High School graduate and earned his degrees in civil and mechanical engineering from Edison Community College. He was a member of Springcreek Christian Church.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 9, 2018 at 4 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave, Sidney, with Pastor David Clem officiating. In keeping with Mr. Hoelscher's wishes, his body will be cremated following the funeral service. A Committal Service will be held at Pearl Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends on Monday from 2 PM until the hour of service.
