Judy and Jessica,
So sorry to hear of your loss. I used to work with Joel years ago at WOPAC he was a great man and a joy to be around.

My sympathy to Joel's family. I was his barber for many years at the Razor Edge Barber shop in Sidney. Not only was he a loyal client, he was truly a good friend. I always liked to see that sly grin of his. Sometimes, it was hard to tell if he was being honest with you or if he was pulling a fast one on you. I always had the impression that he could be all business, too, if he wanted to. Even after I got out of the hair business in '87, I would occasionally see him around town somewhere, and he always had the same smile and friendly greeting. He will be missed.

Family cookouts and holidays will never be the same, I'll eat the cookies I always get for you that Phyliss makes. I will miss your greeting of "what do you say kid! Rest In Peace Uncle Joel. Maybe you can pull some strings up there in heaven and the Browns will have a winning season. Until we meet again....

Judy, I am so sorry to hear about Joel. Last time I saw him was when we all happened to meet down at the Kentucky Horsepark back in the 80s or early 90s? As you know, I worked close with Joel when we were at Corrupak and briefly when I worked at Akers as we were fellow sales reps then. Joel was always a great guy and rarely did I ever hear him utter a bad word about anyone nor did I ever hear anyone say anything but nice things of him. He was always easy to talk to and could disagree without disliking each other. Just a stand up guy. Prayers for you and your family.

Dick, Janet, Nancy and Brenda,
My love and prayers to all of you. I never met Joel, but I am sure he had to be as kind and nice as the rest of the family.

In the early 60's on Horn Street, Joel and I were inseparable always playing wiffle ball. I loved spending the night and eating his mom's French toast in the morning.
It was great talking to Joel at our 50th class reunion last year. I'll never forget him.
My prayers go out to Dick, Janet, Judy and family.
