Jerome Huecker

JEROME G. HUECKER, 91, of Sidney, passed away at 3:36 AM on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Sidney Care Center. He was born on August 28, 1926 in McCartyville, Ohio, the son of the late Michael and Hilda (Behr) Huecker. On February 23, 1951 he married the former Dorothy Sue Rickett whom preceded him in death on May 9, 1984.

Jerome is survived by 4 children; Rebecca Bernardi, Roberta (Elmer) Patterson, Pat (Doug Hilyard) Goings and Luke (Kathy) Huecker, 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Ed Rickett, 2 grandsons, Dan Goings and Robert Rickett and 6 sisters.

Mr. Huecker had worked at Sidney Aluminum. He enjoyed watching wildlife, especially squirrels. He also enjoyed going hunting but most of all he loved his family and spending time with them.
