I am so sorry to hear about Dale's passing. I remember so fondly all of our great times at Tar Hollow Camp in the summers of the 70's. He was such a kind and generous man. He will be deeply missed by many.

Dear Locker family, I want to send my condolences your way to let you kow that you have been in my prayers. May our Father God bless you with peace, His peace that passes our understanding as you mourn the loss of husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather. Dale was a loving, calm, wise man. I remember spending much time in his counseling office at Anna High School back when I attended as he helped me through whatever crisis I happened to be in the middle of at the moment or just "shooting the breeze" so to speak. He was a good man who will be missed by many. God bless each of you in the days ahead. Warmly, Mary Jo Bensman Matheus

Uncle Dale (& Aunt Donna) were always wonderful to my brothers and I when our dad (Junior Blue) would take us to the annual Locker family reunion many, many years ago at Uncle Bob & Aunt Dorothy's house. Sadly for us, that was really the only time we ever got to spend with what seems to us to have been a truly wonderful man (family)! Sending love and prayers from Mike & Marc Blue (NC) and Lori Green (FL) to the whole Locker family.

Mr. Locker was my guidance counselor at Anna High School and let me hang out in his office. He made me feel special and also challenged my thinking. Later when I went to college in Columbus, we had dinner a couple of times when he was in town for his State Representative duties. I enjoyed his plays and his poetry and enjoyed him as a person. He was very important to me. My condolences to your family
